How is Vincent Price in the new film; Death Hair. When this film
was made 13 years after he died?

Using today's technology advances in affordable special effects, the
clips footage we see are from "House on Haunted Hill (1958)" and
"Last Man on Earth (1964)", due to copyrights ending on both films,
master 35MM copies of both films were bought, then transferred to
digital, and touched up on audio and quality. The actors were then
placed into the scene with Green screen, and traveling matte painting
techniques.
