Dinosaurs History

For over 160 million years, dinosaurs, the terrestrial
vertebrate animals ruled the Earth. However, about 65
million years ago there was a catastrophic event in the
Worlds history that forever changed everything, hence
also destroying the majority of Dinosaurs. However,
some of the creatures we know today in evolved forms,
like lizards, birds, fish, and mammals.

The Living Dinosaurs?

Through Cryptozoology (the study of myth's), it's
suggested that there still are some Dinosaurs living
today, below are some of the most famous reported
creatures

Chesapeake Bay: "Chessie"

        Loch Ness, Scottish Highlands: "Nessie"

        In Lake Champlain: "Champ"
Mokèlé-mbèmbé

In central parts of Africa, places of the Congo, like
Cameroon and Gabon, another type of creature has
been reported as being "One who blocks the flows of
rivers", the translation of
Mokèlé-mbèmbée.

From the natives reports, these animals suggest the
appearance of a Sauropod dinosaur.

The first sightings were reported from the findings of
footprints in 1776. Then Though out the 20th century,
reports grew as even the natives claiming to have
killed and devoured these creatures.

In the 2000's, many expeditions continued into these
areas in search of, however, none have had any hard
evidence as of yet, except for a TV show in 2009
called
Monster Quest, when the team found evidence
of a large underground cave, which also had air vents
in it. And also picked up sonar readings of very long,
serpentine shapes underwater.
